Objective Observe effects of TIMP-3 gene transient expression on proliferation,migration and apoptosis of VSMCs.Methods Transfect VSMCs separately in three groups as control,empty plasmid and recombinant group mediated by cationic liposome.First,calculate cells,quantify MMP-2 and analyse TIMP-3 mRNA at 24,48 and 72 h;Second,measure cell apoptosis rate and calculate migrated cells as well after 48 h.Results There were no difference between control group and empty plasmid group in cell growth,MMP-2's content,TIMP-3 mRNA expression and apoptosis rate,cells migration rate;but those of recombinant group were greatly different in other two(P

Objective:To approach the connotations of yin qi,yin fluid and deficiency of yin.Methods:According to the literature and basic theory of TCM,the relationships among yin qi,yin fluid,essence,blood,deficiency of yin,deficiency of essence,deficiency of blood and deficiency of body fluid are analyzed,the clinical types of deficiency of yin are explained and then to sum up the connotations and relations of the correlated concepts.Conclusion:Yin Fluid is derived from essence,blood and body fluid.Yin qi is one of the existence modalities of yin fluid.Deficiency of yin is the syndromes caused by the inadequate productions of yin fluid and yin qi which based on essence,blood and body fluid as the material foundations,the blocked transportations of essence,blood and body fluid and the weakness of their nourishing and moistening functions.

Objective: To establish a determination method of chrysophanol in Kuiyanqing Xiangkouye . Methods:HPLC with DiamondTM C18 column(4.6?200mm,5?m)was used . Methanol: 0.1 %phosphoric acid(85:15)was used as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0mL/min . The detection wavelength was at 254nm . Results:The linearity of chrysophanol was in the range of 0.06462～1.03392 ?g . The recovery was 97.67 %and RSD was 1.37 %. Conclusion:This method is convenient and with a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of Kuiyanqing Xiangkouye .

Objective:To observe the effect of the Xi-zhi-jiang Capsule on serum and liver lipid levels of rats with hyperlipidemia to study the effects of Xi-zhi-jiang capsule on blood Lipid regulation.Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups(normal control group,high lipid fed group and three Xi-zhi-jiang capsule groups,which were administrated Xi-zhi-jiang capsule of 0.28,0.55,1.10(g/(kg.bw))respectively.Four weeks later,bodyweight,the serum TC,TG,HDL-C and the liver TC and TG were measured.Result: The rat's serum TC and TG in Xi-zhi-jiang capsule treatment groups was lower than those of high lipid fed groups,and the difference was significant(P
